Another Todo.txt parser written in JavaScript

This plugin adds a new command `Rubi` (can be found in `Edit` menu, Editor toolbar, or Keyboard Shortcut) that insert appropriate `<ruby>` and `<rt>` tags into formatted text to display furigana and vice versa.

This plugin renders yaml-based fenced code into a Life Calendar inspired by Tim Urban's article "Your Life in Weeks".

This plugin is a collection of utility commands that can be executed by typing corresponding keywords, which start with a slash. Current version supports three type of commands but more may be added in the future.
