Skillful.sh is an aggregation platform that indexes and cross-references AI tools, MCP servers, skills, and agents from publicly available directories and registries. We provide search, filtering, security scoring, and analytics features.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data beyond API rate limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the Service except through our public API

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and proprietary data aggregation methods, is owned by Skillful.sh. Individual tool listings may contain information sourced from third-party directories under their respective terms. Tool names, descriptions, and repository data belong to their respective owners.

6. API Usage

Access to the Skillful.sh API is subject to rate limiting. Free tier: 100 requests per minute. Authenticated users: 500 requests per minute. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed, including security scores, download counts, or directory presence data. Always perform your own due diligence before using any third-party tool.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skillful.sh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from reliance on security scores or tool recommendations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
