Claude Code mod: lists the Edit and Write calls Claude Code and its subagents make, hunk by hunk, and in a git repo the files each Bash command or MCP tool call run without asking changed; undoes the one you pick, and your own later changes stay.

Claude Code plugin: lets Claude Code use the skills in .agents/skills/ by copying each one into .claude/skills/ at session start, kept out of git.

Claude Code mod: shows under the prompt what Claude Code is doing (working, done, asking you, needs permission) and which skill it loaded last; /skills-used lists them.

Claude Code mod: shows which skill Claude loaded last in the status line, and lists every skill the session loaded, with times and where each came from, on /skills-used.
