This plugin is designed to filter valid trades using Vela Exchange. Vela Exchange is a decentralized trading platform with its foundations in the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Other than the token address retrieval this is a pretty trivial to implement plugin. Unfortunatly in order to get the token address we need to do some direct chain reads but nothing too heavy.

1. Find the ABI of the function your transaction is calling, and add export it as a const in the abi.ts file 1. this can be multiple ABIs, if the transaction is calling multiple functions 2. in Neynar.ts, fill out each Action function by mapping
