An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that tracks provenance between external inputs and Obsidian notes, without ever reading or writing the vault itself. It stores inputs and their relationships to notes in a local SQLite database so you can answer: "Given a note, what inputs influenced it?" and "Given an input, which notes were affected?"
