Skillful.sh is a free, publicly accessible directory that aggregates information about MCP servers, skills, and AI agents from multiple third-party directories, registries, and package managers. The Service provides:

• Cross-directory aggregation and deduplication of AI tool listings
• Search, filtering, and categorization of aggregated data
• Automated security scoring and analysis of listed tools
• Cross-listing intelligence and adoption metrics
• Publisher tools for tracking directory presence

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or tiers in the future with appropriate notice.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Property: The Service, including its design, layout, user interface, proprietary aggregation algorithms, security scoring methodology, and original content, is owned by Basel Ismail and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Skillful.sh name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Basel Ismail.

Third-Party Content: The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party directories, registries, and repositories. Tool names, descriptions, logos, repository data, and related metadata belong to their respective owners. Our display of this information does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the original sources or tool authors.

Open Source Licenses: Many tools listed on the Service are released under open source licenses. We display license information where available but do not guarantee its accuracy. Users should verify licensing terms directly with tool authors before use.

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from reliance on security scores, ratings, or any information provided through the Service
• Damages resulting from any third-party tools discovered through the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skillful.sh and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the owner of Skillful.sh regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
